Our newest and largest dolphin habitat in the Mayan Riviera is located just 10 minutes driving from Playa del Carmen. Here you will be able to live an unforgettable experience: a close interaction with the cute and friendly dolphins.

The Royal Swim Memories program gives you several ranges of activities to enjoy. This program includes the famous foot push, where two dolphins propel you from your feet soles up the water surface. Afterwards, you grab their dorsal fins as they speed through the turquoise water, giving you an exhilarating ride. Dolphin Playa del Carmen invites you to live the exciting adventure of swimming with these beautiful marine animals in the warm waters of the Caribbean Sea.

Important Info: 
Wear comfortable shoes, bathing suit, light clothing, towel, biodegradable sunscreen, sunglasses, change of clothing, sandals, and water shoes. ;Please make sure you answer all the mandatory questions during the booking process.
 For security reasons, the use cameras in the water is not allowed, professional photos will be available for sale.
 For safety reasons pregnant women (5 months and up) can't participate in any of our aquatic programs. 
 Women less than 5 months into their pregnancy can participate in the Encounter program only if accompanied by another adult and after signing a Responsibility Form.  Remember to bring the voucher and valid photo ID with you

    Cancellation Policy

    We strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience. However, there may be instances when we need to cancel a reservation.

    Cancellation of Reservation:

    • If an event is no longer available for booking or if unforeseen circumstances arise, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and any payments made will be fully refunded.

    • Full refund is available up until 48hrs prior to the event. 

    • We recommend reviewing your reservation details prior to your event date to ensure the event is still available.

    Same-Day Bookings:

    Please note that we cannot cancel bookings purchased for the same day. If you need assistance completing a same-day booking, please email us at media@cheapfunthingstodo.com.
